Gifted Counsel, LLC ("Gifted Counsel," "we," "us") provides virtual counseling services delivered by Andrea Lovette, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in the State of Texas. Services are available to clients located in Texas.
Our services are not appropriate for emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911, or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line). These services are free, confidential, and available 24/7.
Sessions are scheduled through our booking page. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Current private-pay rates are listed on our website: Individual and Spiritual Counseling $90/hour, Couples Counseling $135/hour. Payment is due at the time of service via the payment methods we make available (including Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay). Sliding-scale rates may be available upon request. Insurance-based sessions are booked and billed through Headway; your costs for those sessions are determined by your insurance plan and shown by Headway before you book.
Services are delivered virtually. You are responsible for having a private space and adequate internet connection for sessions. We will discuss a backup plan (such as phone) in the event of technical issues.

When you use our website or submit our intake form, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, the type of counseling you're interested in, your preferred payment method, and any information you choose to share in your messages to us.

Clinical records created in the course of counseling are protected under applicable law, including HIPAA and Texas law, and are maintained separately from website data. Insurance-related information for insurance-based sessions is handled by Headway under its own privacy practices.
Our website and communications are operated using trusted service providers (scheduling, forms, email/SMS delivery, and payment processors such as Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay). Payments you make through those apps are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
We retain contact information for as long as needed to serve you and as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your contact information by emailing [email protected]. (Clinical records are subject to legal retention requirements and may not be deletable on request.)
